Pilates Flow

Enjoy a series of whole body movements.  Feel invigorated, strong and flexible.    Cues and variations for different body types are given.

Pre-requisite: previous Pilates mat experience or completion of 3 Private Sessions.

Myofascial Stretching

A safe, symmetrical and effective way to create space and balance in the body. Based on the work of Guy VOYER D.O.  these stretches are designed to open the whole body, leaving you feeling taller, stronger with more freedom in your joints.

Pre-requisite: None

Pilates with Small Props

This fun class adds resistance and standing moves to the Pilates mat work.  This class not only strengthens your arms, shoulders, legs and balance muscles, it makes them smarter.

Pre-requisite: previous Pilates mat experience or completion of 3 Private Sessions.
