Pilates Flow

Enjoy a series of whole body movements.  Feel invigorated, strong and flexible.    Cues and variations for different body types are given.

Pre-requisite: previous Pilates mat experience or completion of 5 Pilates Concentration, Breath and Control classes.

Myofascial Stretching

A safe, symmetrical and effective way to create space and balance in the body. Based on the work of Guy VOYER D.O.  the stretches include tensioning and alignment of the muscles and joints in an associated fascial chain.  The stretches build strength all over and especially in your back while making you feel taller.

Pilates Concentration, Breath and Control

Experience a range of spinal movements in whole body exercises. Learn how to recruit your muscle systems in order to feel amazing while doing Pilates.  The result is a smarter, stronger body and knowledge to make the exercises suit your unique body.  It is a good idea to take this class in order to get the most out of all your other fitness classes.

Pilates Magic Circle and Bands

This fun class adds resistance and standing moves to the Pilates mat work.  It will strengthen and organize your arms and shoulders. A towel and an exercise ball can be used instead of a Theraband and Magic Circle.

Pre-requisite: previous Pilates mat experience or completion of 5 Pilates Concentration, Breath and Control classes.

Combo Class

 This is a fundamentals class that can include things from all the other types of classes.
